Cabinet Decision No. 152 of 2026 Regarding the designation of the Kimberley Office in the United Arab Emirates as a point of entry and exit For the import and export of rough diamonds to and from the State

The Cabinet:

• having reviewed the Constitution،
• and Federal Decree-Law No. (1) of 1972 concerning the remit of Ministries and the powers of Ministers, and its amendments,
• and Federal Decree-Law No. (13) of 2004 on the control of the import, export and transit of rough diamonds, and its amendments,
• Following the proposal put forward by the Minister for Foreign Trade, and with the approval of The Cabinet, Has decided:

Article (1)

An entry and exit point for the import and export of rough diamonds

The Kimberley UAE office at the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre is designated as the point of entry and exit for imports And the export of rough diamonds to and from the State.

Article (2)

Cancellations

Any provision that contravenes or conflicts with the provisions of this Decision shall be abrogated.

Article (3)

Publication and Application of this Decision

This Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into force on the day following the date of its publication.
