The Cabinet:
- having reviewed the Constitution;
- Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 on the Competencies of Ministries and the Powers of Ministers, and its amendments;
- Federal Law No. 13 of 2004 on the Control of the Import, Export and Transit of Rough Diamonds, and its amendments;
- Following the proposal put forward by the Minister for Foreign Trade, and with the approval of the Cabinet,
has decided:
Article 1 - Entry and Exit Point for the Import and Export of Rough Diamonds
The Kimberley UAE office at the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre is designated as the point of entry and exit for imports And the export of rough diamonds to and from the State.
Article 2 - Abrogations
Any provision that contravenes or conflicts with the provisions of this Decision shall be abrogated.
Article 3 - Publication and Enforcement
This Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into force on the day following the date of its publication.
