Federal Decree-Law No. 4 of 2026 Regarding the adoption of a supplementary budget to the Union’s general budget for the Financial Year 2026

We are Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan The President of the United Arab Emirates,

• having reviewed the Constitution;
• Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 on the Competencies of Ministries and the Powers of Ministers, as amended;
• Federal Decree-Law No. 26 of 2019 on Public Finance, as amended;
• Federal Decree-Law No. 1 of 2026 concerning the Coordination of the Union’s General Budget and the Budgets of Independent Federal Bodies for the Financial Year 2026;
• Pursuant to what was presented by the Minister of State for Financial Affairs and approved by the Cabinet,

have issued the following Decree-Law:

Article 1

The revenue estimates for the Union’s general budget for the Financial Year 2026 are amended to (AED 92,107,250,641) ninety-two billion, one hundred and seven million, two hundred and fifty thousand, six hundred and forty-one dirhams, in accordance with Register No. (1) attached to this Decree-Law.
