Federal Decree-Law No. 4 of 2026 Regarding the adoption of a supplementary budget to the Union’s general budget for the Financial Year 2026

We are Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan The President of the United Arab Emirates,

• having reviewed the Constitution،
• and Federal Decree-Law No. (1) of 1972 concerning the remit of Ministries and the powers of Ministers, as amended,
• Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (26) of 2019 on public finance, as amended,
• Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (1) of 2026 concerning the coordination of the Union’s general budget and the budgets of independent federal bodies for the Financial Year 2026,
• Pursuant to what was presented by the Minister of State for Financial Affairs and approved by The Cabinet,

We have issued the following Decree-Law:

Article 1

The revenue estimates for the Union’s general budget for the Financial Year 2026 are amended to (92,107,250,641) ninety-two billion, one hundred and seven million, two hundred and fifty thousand, six hundred and forty-one dirhams, in accordance with Register No. (1) attached to this Decree-Law.
