Main types of labour disputes

1. Individual labour disputes arise between the employee and the employer.

 

The main reasons are:

- Non-payment or delay of wages.
- Illegal dismissal or dismissal without notice.
- Refusal of end-of-service benefits after termination of the contract.
- Violation of legislative regulations related to working hours and leaves.

- Violation of the terms of the employment contract (e.g. refusal to pay for overtime work).
