A service request to update and confirm personal information to the GPSSA, to confirm eligibility to receive a pension benefit.
Click on “View My Profile” on your personal homepage

Select “Employment details” on list.

Click on “Add other pension”

Fill all job details and upload mandatory documents.
Then Click on “Save Changes” to go back and view your profile details.

You will receive a notification informing you that the changes you made to your personal information have been successfully saved, and the next step you should take is to submit the service request to the Authority for review/approval.
Then click on “Close”

You will be notified that you have successfully submitted your data to the Authority for review.
Click “Track service request” to submit your service request for review/approval by the Authority.

Enter the one-time-password (OTP) that is sent to your registered email address.
Then click to “Confirm OTP”

Complete the Customer Pulse Survey to indicate your satisfaction with GPSSA’s online service.
Then click on“Next”
