This service allows customers to easily connect with the authority and submit their inquiries, comments, or suggestions."

Step 1

Once logged into the Member Portal, select “Help & Support” from the ribbon at the top of the portal.

Step 2

Refer to the Frequently Asked Questions shown here before creating a support request.

Step 3

Click on “Create a new Request” to raise an inquiry, suggestion or complain to GPSSA in the event that the required information cannot be obtained from FAQs.

Step 4

Select the type of support request from the drop-down menu – i.e., whether the request relates to an inquiry, suggestion or complaint.

Step 5

Select the category to which the support request relates to from the drop-down menu.

Step 6

Select the sub-category to which the support request relates to from the drop-down menu.

Step 7

Attach any supporting document(s) that is required or optional, relevant to the request being raised to GPSSA. You can only upload documents in .tiff, .jpg, .png, .bmp, .doc, .docx, .pdf formats. A maximum size of 5MB.

Step 8

Click on “Submit” to submit your support request to GPSSA.
