EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT: NOTICE OF TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT

I write in relation to your employment contract with [Company Name] (the “Company”) dated [day month year], (“Contract”).   The purpose of this letter is to formally notify you of the Company’s decision to terminate the Contract with effect from the date of this letter (“Notice of Termination”).
