- Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (6) of 2009 on the peaceful uses of nuclear energy,
- Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (26) of 2019 on public finance, as amended,
- Pursuant to Cabinet Decision No. (104) of 2021 concerning fees for calibration services provided by the Secondary Calibration Laboratory for Dosimetry, affiliated with the Federal Authority for Nuclear Regulation,
- Pursuant to what was presented by the Minister of State for Financial Affairs and approved by The Cabinet,

For the purposes of this Decision, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings set out opposite each of them, unless the context otherwise requires:
- The Authority: The Federal Nuclear Regulatory Authority.
