The Cabinet:
- having reviewed the Constitution،
- and Federal Decree-Law No. (1) of 1972 concerning the remit of Ministries and the powers of Ministers, as amended,
- Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (14) of 2016 on administrative offences and penalties in the Federal Government,
- Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (26) of 2019 on public finance, as amended,
- and Federal Decree-Law No. (9) of 2023 on the regulation of places of worship for non-Muslims,
- And pursuant to Cabinet Decision No. (82) of 2024 concerning the Executive regulation of Federal Decree-Law No. (9) of 2023 on the regulation of places of worship for non-Muslims,
- Following the proposal put forward by the Minister for Community Empowerment, and with the approval of The Cabinet,
