The Cabinet:

- and Federal Decree-Law No. (1) of 1972 concerning the remit of Ministries and the powers of Ministers, as amended,
- Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (35) of 2022 enacting the Law on Evidence in Civil and Commercial Transactions,
- Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (41) of 2022 concerning civil personal status,
- Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (42) of 2022 enacting the Civil Procedure Law, as amended,
- Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (41) of 2024 concerning the enactment of the Personal Status Act,
- Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (25) of 2025 enacting the Civil Transactions Act,
- And pursuant to Cabinet Decision No. (122) of 2023 concerning the Executive regulations for Federal Decree-Law No. (41) of 2022 on civil personal status,
