The Cabinet:

• having reviewed the Constitution،
• and Federal Decree-Law No. (1) of 1972 concerning the remit of Ministries and the powers of Ministers, as amended,
• and Federal Decree-Law No. (10) of 2015 on food safety,
• Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (14) of 2016 on administrative offences and penalties in the Federal Government,
• and Federal Decree-Law No. (10) of 2018 on product safety,
• and Federal Decree-Law No. (13) of 2020 on public health,
• Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (20) of 2020 on specifications and standards,
