The Cabinet:
- having reviewed the Constitution،
- and Federal Decree-Law No. (1) of 1972 concerning the remit of Ministries and the powers of Ministers, as amended,
- and Federal Decree-Law No. (15) of 2020 on consumer protection, as amended,
- Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (14) of 2023 concerning trade via modern technological means,
- Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (36) of 2023 on the regulation of competition,
- Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (42) of 2023 on combating commercial fraud,
- And pursuant to Cabinet Decision No. (66) of 2023 concerning the Executive regulations of Federal Decree-Law No. (15) of 2020 on consumer protection,
- Following the proposal put forward by the Minister for the Economy and Tourism, and with the approval of The Cabinet,
Has decided:

The provisions of Articles (9), (40) and (41) of the aforementioned Cabinet Decision No. (66) of 2023 shall be replaced by the following provisions:
