Minister for Sport:
- Having regard to Federal Decree-Law No. (1) of 1972 concerning the remit of Ministries and the powers of Ministers, as amended,
- Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (4) of 2023 on Sport, and its Executive regulations issued by Cabinet Decision No. (46) of 2024,
- And pursuant to Cabinet Decision No. (22) of 2025 concerning the organisational structure of the Ministry of Sport,
- Pursuant to Ministerial Decision No. (35) of 2025 concerning the organisational structure of the Ministry of Sport,
- Pursuant to Ministerial Decision No. (40) of 2026 concerning the formation of a Grievances Committee within the Ministry of Sport,
- In the public interest.
have decided the following:
Article (1)
Adoption of the Guide
Pursuant to the provisions of this Decision, the ‘Procedural Guide for the Ministry of Sport’s Grievances Committee’, attached to the text of this Decision, is hereby adopted.
