Minister for Sport:
- Having regard to Federal Decree-Law No. (1) of 1972 concerning the remit of Ministries and the powers of Ministers, as amended,
- and Federal Decree-Law No. (4) of 2023 on sport,
- And pursuant to Cabinet Decision No. (46) of 2024 concerning the Executive regulations of Federal Decree-Law No. (4) of 2023 on sport,
- And pursuant to Cabinet Decision No. (22) of 2025 concerning the organisational structure of the Ministry of Sport,
- Pursuant to Ministerial Decision No. (35) of 2025 concerning the organisational structure of the Ministry of Sport,
- In accordance with the requirements of the public interest.
have decided the following:

Adoption of the guide
The Guide to the Regulation of the Practice of Sporting Professions – First Edition, attached to this Decision, is hereby adopted.
Article (2)
Commitment to implementation
Sports bodies are required to comply with the provisions of this guide when regulating the practice of sports professions, and the relevant authorities are required to coordinate with the Ministry on all mat...
