Minister for Sport:
- Having regard to Federal Decree-Law No. (1) of 1972 concerning the remit of Ministries and the powers of Ministers, as amended,
- and Federal Decree-Law No. (4) of 2023 on Sport, and its Executive regulations,
- And pursuant to Cabinet Decision No. (22) of 2025 concerning the organisational structure of the Ministry of Sport,
- Pursuant to Ministerial Decision No. (35) of 2025 concerning the organisational structure of the Ministry of Sport,
- In accordance with the requirements of the public interest.
have decided the following :
Article (1)
Adoption of the framework
The “Operational Framework for Long-Term Full-Time Participation in Sport for Elite Athletes and Talented Young Athletes – First Edition (2026)”, attached to this Decision, is hereby adopted.

Scope of the obligation to implement
