- Having regard to Federal Decree-Law No. (1) of 1972 on the powers and functions of Ministries and Ministers, as amended,
- and Federal Decree-Law No. (4) of 2023 on sport,
- And pursuant to Cabinet Decision No. (46) of 2024 concerning the Executive regulations of Federal Decree-Law No. (4) of 2023 on sport,
- And pursuant to Cabinet Decision No. (22) of 2025 concerning the organisational structure of the Ministry of Sport,
- And pursuant to Presidential Decision No. (25) of 2021 concerning the Governance Guide for Sports Federations,
- Following consultation with the National Olympic Committee,
- In accordance with the requirements of the public interest.

Scope of Application
- The second edition of the Sports Federations Governance Guide, attached to this Decision, is hereby adopted as a framework for the drafting of the statutes of sports federations, and to strengthen their internal governance systems, in a manner consistent with the provisions of the Olympic Charter, international standards and applicable nati...
