Having regard to Federal Decree-Law No. (1) of 1972 concerning the remit of Ministries and the powers of Ministers, and its amendments;
And pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (32) of 2021 concerning commercial companies;
Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (32) of 2022 concerning the Federal Judiciary, as amended;
Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (40) of 2023 on mediation and conciliation in civil and commercial disputes;
And pursuant to Cabinet Decision No. (56) of 2025 concerning private brokerage centres and sections of foreign brokerage centres;
and Ministerial Decision No. (383) of 2026 concerning the composition and operating procedures of the Committee for the Licence of Private Brokerage Centres and Sections of Foreign Brokerage Centres;
Following the approval of the Federal Judicial Council on 16 June 2025.
Has decided:
A committee shall be formed within the Ministry, to be known as the ‘Committee for the Issue of Licences for Private Mediation Centres and Sections of Foreign Mediation Centres’...
