- having reviewed the Constitution،
- and Federal Law No. (1) of 1972 concerning the remit of Ministries and the powers of Ministers, as amended,
- Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (4) of 2004 concerning the establishment and organisation of the Office of the Presidency, as amended,
- Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (26) of 2019 on public finance, as amended,
- Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (27) of 2024 concerning the establishment of the Emirates Agency for International Aid,
- Based on the proposal put forward by the Vice-President, Deputy Prime Minister and Head of the State Office, and with the approval of The Cabinet,
We have issued the following Decree-Law:
Article 1
The following text shall replace: Clause (5) of Article (6) and Article (8) of the Federal Decree-Law No. (27) of 2024 concerning the establishment of the Emirates Agency for International Aid, as referred to above:
