Having reviewed
- Pursuant to Abu Dhabi Law No. 1 of 1974 on the reorganisation of the government apparatus in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and its amendments,
- and Abu Dhabi Law No. 7 of 2018 on the reorganisation of the Department of Economic Development,
- And pursuant to Abu Dhabi Decision No. 145 of 2020 of the chairman of the Department of Economic Development concerning the Regulations Governing the Conduct of Economic Activities in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and its amendments,
- and Abu Dhabi Decision No. 352 of 2021 concerning the Abu Dhabi Virtual Licence (for overseas residents),
In the public interest;
It has been decided as follows:
Article 1
Abu Dhabi Decision No. 352 of 2021 concerning the aforementioned Abu Dhabi Virtual Licence shall be abrogated.
Article 2
This Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into force on the date of its publication.
