- Having reviewed Federal Decree-Law No. 1 of 1972 on the Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers, and its amending laws;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 12 of 2014 on the Regulation of the Profession of Auditors and its Executive Regulations;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 2 of 2015 concerning Commercial Companies;
- Cabinet Decision No. 17 of 2014 concerning the Organisational Structure of the Ministry of Economy;
- Ministerial Decision No. 403 of 2015 concerning International Standards for the Auditing Profession;
- Based on the presentation given by the Under-Secretary of the Ministry of Economic Affairs,
has decided:
Article 1
The Ministry’s Audit Department is responsible for receiving settlement requests submitted by auditors in respect of irregularities for which settlement is permitted, in accordance with the provisions of this Decision.
