There are typographical errors in Clause (3) of the Article 4 of Cabinet Decision No. 107 of 2026 concerning the Executive Regulations for Federal Decree-Law No. 42 of 2023 on Combating Commercial Fraud, published in the Official Gazette, Issue No. 827, dated July 14, 2026, and these must therefore be corrected as follows:
