Having reviewed Law No. (2) of 2021 concerning the Knowledge and Human Development Authority in Dubai, Pursuant to Executive Council Decision No. (35) of 2020 concerning the regulation of early childhood centres in the Emirate of Dubai and its amendments,
have decided the following:

Article (1)
The words and expressions used in this Decision shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Executive Council Decision The aforementioned No. (35) of 2020.
Conditions for approval to cease business operations
Article (2)
Approval to cease operations at the centre, whether permanently or temporarily, is subject to the following conditions:
Submit an application to the Authority to cease business operations and obtain its approval, in accordance with the following deadlines: a) At least four (4) months before the end of the chapter, in the case of centres providing care and education for children aged between three (3) and six (6) years.
