Having regard to Law No. (7) of 2012 concerning social financial benefits in the Emirate of Dubai, and to Law No. (12) of 2026 concerning the Dubai Community Development Authority, Executive Council Decision No. (35) of 2026 approving the organisational structure of the Dubai Community Development Authority, and Administrative Decision No. (79) of 2016 concerning financial and social benefits in the Emirate of Dubai and its amendments,
have decided the following:
The words and expressions contained in this Decision shall have the meanings assigned to them in the aforementioned Law No. (7) of 2012, and the following words and expressions, wherever they appear in this Decision, the meanings set out opposite each of them, unless the context of the text indicates otherwise:
