We, Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Ruler of the Emirate of Ajman,
Having reviewed:
Amiri Decree No. (7) of 2017 concerning the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman;
Amiri Decree No. (2) of 2018 concerning the Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Ajman; Law No. (3) of 2020 concerning the Regulation of Owners’ Affairs in the Emirate of Ajman; and pursuant to the approval of the Legislation Committee,
Have promulgated the following Law:
Replacement of a Definition
The definition of “Service Provider” set forth in Article (1) of Law No. (3) of 2020, referred to above, shall be replaced with the following definition:
Service Provider: The institutions and companies contracted by the Management Company to provide the common parts, common facilities, or real estate units with the necessary services, including but not limited to, electricity, air conditioning, cooling, and telecommunications services.
