The Director-General,
- Having reviewed Emirate Decree No. (1) of 2015 concerning the Ajman Economic Development Department,
- Pursuant to Amiri Decree No. (5) of 2018 promulgating the Law Regulating the Practice of Economic Activities in the Emirate of Ajman and its amendments,
- and in accordance with Amiri Decision No. (12) of 2015 concerning the fees for services provided by the Ajman Economic Development Department and its amendments,
- And pursuant to Administrative Decision No. (24) of 2025 AH concerning the issuance of the Regulations on the Practice of E-commerce,
- And in accordance with Administrative Decision No. (21) of 2026 AH concerning the implementation of the provisions of the Regulations on the Practice of E-commerce in the Emirate of Ajman,
