We, Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Ajman. Having examined Law No. (2) of 2023 on data management and protection in the Emirate of Ajman; Pursuant to Amiri Decree No. (4) of 2014 concerning the reorganisation of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Ajman and its amendments; And in accordance with Amiri Decree No. (9) of 2017 concerning the Ajman Digital Department and its amendments; And pursuant to Amiri Decree No. (11) of 2022 AD concerning the Supreme Data Committee in the Emirate of Ajman; In accordance with the proposal put forward by the Supreme Data Committee of the Emirate of Ajman and in accordance with the recommendation of the General Secretariat of the Council Executive Office of the Emirate of Ajman; We have issued the following decision:
This decision is entitled ‘Decision No. (05) of the Chair of the Executive Council for the year 2026 AH on the adoption of a policy ‘Ajman Data Management’, which shall come into force on the date of its publication.
