The Director-General,
- Having examined Emiri Decree No. (1) of 2015 concerning the Ajman Economic Development Department,
- Pursuant to Emirate Decree No. (5) of 2018 promulgating the Law Regulating the Practice of Economic Activities in the Emirate of Ajman and its amendments,
- and in accordance with Amiri Decision No. (12) of 2015 concerning the fees for services provided by the Ajman Economic Development Department and its amendments,
- And in accordance with Administrative Decision No. (17) of 2025 concerning the licence for sections in the Emirate of Ajman for establishments licensed in other emirates of the State,
- In view of the requirements and necessities of the job,
Has decided the following:

Scope of application
This decision applies to all licence applications from sections of economic entities that are licensed in other emirates of the State and wish to carry out their activities within the Emirate of Ajman.
