- Pursuant to Emirate Decree No. (5) of 2018 promulgating the Law Regulating the Practice of Economic Activities in the Emirate of Ajman and its amendments,
- Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (14) of 2023 concerning trade via modern technological means,
- and in accordance with Amiri Decree No. (12) of 2015 concerning fees for the services of the Ajman Economic Development Department and its amendments,
- Pursuant to Administrative Decision No. (24) of 2025 concerning the issuance of the Regulations on the Practice of E-commerce,
