We, Hamid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Ruler of the Emirate of Ajman,
Having regard to Federal Decree-Law No. (5) of 1985 enacting the Civil Transactions Law and its amendments, and to Federal Decree-Law No. (31) of 2021 enacting the Offences and Penalties Law and its amendments, Law No. (1) of 2022 concerning the Local Police in the Emirate of Ajman, and Emirate Decree No. (11) of 2011 enacting the Financial Law of the Local Government of Ajman and its Executive regulations, and on Ruler’s Decree No. (4) of 2014 concerning the reorganisation of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Ajman and its amendments, and Emiri Decree No. (2) of 2018 concerning the Legislation Committee of the Emirate of Ajman, and Law No. (5) of 2024 concerning abandoned vehicles in the Emirate of Ajman, and pursuant to the approval of the Legislation Committee,
We have enacted the following Act:
