Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (33) of 2025 concerning the regulation of the financial market,
Pursuant to Cabinet Decision No. (13) of 2000 concerning the regulations governing the work of the Securities & Commodities Authority and amendments thereto,
And pursuant to Cabinet Decision No. (51/2) of 2025 concerning the restructuring of the Board of Directors of the Securities & Commodities Authority,
And pursuant to Decision No. (32) of 2018 of the Chairman of the Authority’s Board of Directors concerning the technical service fees payable to the Authority,
Pursuant to the approval of the Authority’s Board of Directors at its ninth meeting of the ninth session, held on 9 June 2026,
