The Cabinet:

- Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (32) of 2021 concerning commercial companies, as amended,
- Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (37) of 2022 on family businesses,
- Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (41) of 2022 concerning civil personal status,
- Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (41) of 2024 concerning the enactment of the Personal Status Act,
- Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (25) of 2025 enacting the Civil Transactions Act,
- Following the proposal put forward by the Minister for the Economy and Tourism, and with the approval of The Cabinet,

The words and expressions used in this Decision shall have the meanings assigned to them in Federal Decree-Law No. (37) of 2022 on family businesses (referred to in this Decision as ‘the Decree-Law’), unless the context otherwise requires.
