Cabinet Decision No. 136 of 2026 Regarding the exemption from certain industrial property service fees at the Ministry of Economy and Tourism For the category of student inventors and those with disabilities – ‘People of Determination’ – in the State

The Cabinet:

• having reviewed the Constitution،
• and Federal Decree-Law No. 1 of 1972 concerning the remit of Ministries and the powers of Ministers, as amended,
• and Federal Decree-Law No. (11) of 2021 on the regulation and protection of industrial property rights,
• Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (26) of 2019 on public finance, as amended,
• Pursuant to Cabinet Decision No. (112) of 2023 amending certain provisions of Cabinet Decision No. (20) of 2020 concerning fees for services provided by the Ministry of Economy and Tourism,
• Pursuant to what was presented by the Minister of State for Financial Affairs and approved by the Cabinet,

Has decided:

The categories specified below are exempt from paying the service charges set out in the aforementioned Cabinet Decision No. (112) of 2023, as follows:
