The Cabinet:
- having reviewed the Constitution،
- and Federal Decree-Law No. (1) of 1972 on the remit of Ministries and the powers of Ministers, as amended,
- Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (23) of 2024 on social support and empowerment, as amended,
- And pursuant to Cabinet Decision No. (22) of 2008 concerning relief aid in the event of public or private disasters,
- And pursuant to Cabinet Decision No. (57) of 2025 concerning the Executive regulation for Federal Decree-Law No. (23) of 2024 on social support and empowerment,
- Following the proposal put forward by the Minister for Community Empowerment, and with the approval of The Cabinet, Has decided:
The definitions set out in Federal Decree-Law No. (23) of 2024 on social support and empowerment shall apply to this Decision, and, save where otherwise provided, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out opposite each, unless the context otherwise requires:
