Having examined Federal Decree-Law No. (6) of 2018 on arbitration and its amendments,
Pursuant to Law No. (2) of 2024 concerning the Ajman Chamber of Commerce,
Pursuant to Amiri Decree No. (4) of 2024 concerning the Ajman Arbitration Centre,
Pursuant to the resolution of the Board of Trustees of the Ajman Arbitration Centre and the approval of the Board of Directors of the Ajman Chamber of Commerce.
We have issued the following decision:
The Ajman Arbitration Centre Policy, annexed to this Decision, is hereby adopted.
This Decision shall come into force on 1 February 2026 and shall be published in the Official Gazette of the Emirate of Ajman.
