- Dubai Law No. 17 of 2005 Establishing the Roads and Transport Authority (the “RTA”) and its amendments;
- Dubai Executive Council Decision No. 8 of 2008 Establishing the Licensing Agency of the Roads and Transport Authority;
- Dubai Executive Council Decision No. 65 of 2024 Approving the Organisational Structure of the Roads and Transport Authority; and
- Dubai Executive Council Decision No. 1 of 2026 Regulating the Activity of Technical Inspection of Vehicles in the Emirate of Dubai,
Does hereby issue this Decision.
The words and expressions mentioned in this Decision have the same meanings respectively assigned to them in the above-mentioned Dubai Executive Council Decision No. 1 of 2026.
