The Guide to Collective Management in Music, Version 1.1, was issued by the UAE Ministry of Economy & Tourism in June 2026 and is scheduled for implementation in December 2026. The tariff appendix specifies that collection under the Ministry's approved pricing system applies from 1 December 2026.
The Guide establishes a governance and regulatory framework for organisations carrying out collective management of copyright and neighbouring rights in the music sector.
