Dubai Decision No. 43 of 2026 Upon approval of the Guidelines on the Requirements for the Premises of Early Years Centres and Private Schools in the Emirate of Dubai

• Having reviewed Dubai Law No. 2 of 2021 concerning the Knowledge and Human Development Authority in Dubai,
• Dubai Executive Council Decision No. 35 of 2020 concerning the Regulation of Early Childhood Centres in the Emirate of Dubai and its amendments,
• Dubai Executive Council Decision No. 2 of 2017 concerning the Regulation of Private Schools in the Emirate of Dubai,

have decided the following:

Article 1 - Definitions

The words and phrases used in this Decision shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Dubai Executive Council Decision No. 2 of 2017 and Dubai Executive Council Decision No. 35 of 2020, as referred to.

Article 2 - Adoption of the Guide

This decision hereby adopts the ‘Guidelines on the Requirements for the Premises of Early Childhood Centres and Private Schools in the Emirate of "Dubai", including its requirements, conditions and technical and operational regulations, and published on the website of the Authority.
