- having reviewed the Constitution,
- Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2021 concerning the establishment of the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security
- Pursuant to Cabinet Decision No. 88 of 2022 concerning fees for services provided by the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Border Security, and its amendments,
- Pursuant to what was presented by the Minister of State for Financial Affairs and approved by the Cabinet,
has decided:
Clauses (6/a) and (6/b) of Table No. 1 annexed to the aforementioned Cabinet Decision No. 88 of 2022 are amended as follows:
