We are Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan The President of the United Arab Emirates,
- having reviewed the Constitution,
- Federal Decree-Law No. 1 of 1972 on the Competencies of Ministries and the Powers of Ministers, as amended,
- Based on the proposal put forward by the Minister of Energy and Infrastructure, with the approval of The Cabinet and the ratification of the Federal Supreme Council,
have decided the following:
Approves the withdrawal of the United Arab Emirates from the Agreement establishing the Organization of Arab Petroleum Exporting Countries (OAPEC).
The Minister for Energy and Infrastructure shall implement this Decree, which shall be published in the Official Gazette.
