We, Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince and Chairman of the Executive Council,
- Having reviewed Abu Dhabi Law No. 1 of 1974 on the Reorganisation of the Government Apparatus in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the laws amending it;
- Pursuant to Abu Dhabi Chairman of the Executive Council Decision No. 49 of 2010 of the establishing the Abu Dhabi Centre for Technical and Vocational Education and Training;
- Based on the matter presented to the Executive Council, and following the Council’s approval thereof,
have issued the following decision:
For the purposes of applying the provisions of these Regulations, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out opposite each of them, unless the context requires otherwise:
State: United Arab Emirates
Emirate: Abu Dhabi.
Executive Council: The Emirate’s Executive Council.
Department: Department of Economic Development.
Authority: The National Qualifications Authority.
