We, Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates
- Having reviewed the Constitution;
- Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 on the Competences of Ministries and the Powers Ministers, as amended;
- and pursuant to the proposal of the Minister of Finance and the approval of the Cabinet, and the ratification of the Federal Supreme Council,
have hereby decreed as follows:
An agreement between the Government of the United Arab Emirates and the Government of the State of Qatar On the Avoidance of Double Taxation and Prevention of Financial Evasion Regarding Income and Capital Tax, signed in Doha on May 30, 2024, is hereby ratified, the text of which is attached.
The Minister of Finance shall implement this Decree from the date of its promulgation, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
