Administrative Decision No. 10 of 2026 Amending certain provisions of the Administrative Decision No. 19 of 2023 Regarding the Occupational Health and Safety Procedures Manual

Undersecretary of the Ministry for Labour Market and Emiratisation Operations:

- Having reviewed Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 regarding the Competencies of Ministries and Powers of Ministers, and its amendments;

- Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 regarding the Regulation of Labour Relations, its amendments, and its Executive Regulations;

- Ministerial Decision No. 44 of 2022 regarding Occupational Health and Safety and Labour Accommodations;

- Administrative Decision No. 19 of 2023 regarding the Occupational Health and Safety Procedures Manual; and

- Based on the requirements of work interest;

Decided:

Article 1

A new article numbered (6 bis) titled "Safety of Female Employees" shall be added to the aforementioned Administrative Decision No. 19 of 2023. Its text shall be annexed to the Occupational Health and Safety Procedures Manual approved by the said Decision, as follows:
