Director-General of the Knowledge and Human Development Authority in Dubai
- Having reviewed Dubai Law No. 2 of 2021 concerning the Knowledge and Human Development Authority in Dubai;
- Dubai Executive Council Decision No. 2 of 2017 concerning the Regulation of Private Schools in the Emirate of Dubai, hereinafter referred to as the “Executive Council Decision”,
have decided the following:
The words and phrases contained in this Decision shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Dubai Executive Council Decision; and the term ‘academic plan’, wherever it appears in this Decision, “the plan prepared by the private school in accordance with the regulations set out in Article 2 of this Decision, which defines the general framework for the educational pathway of pupils, including educational objectives, study programmes, timetables for the implementation of the curriculum, and teaching and assessment mechanisms”.
