The Minister of Health and Community Protection:
Having reviewed:
- Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 on the Competences of Ministries and the powers of Ministers, as amended;
- Federal Law No. 10 of 2023 on Mental Health and its Executive Regulations;
- Cabinet Decision No. 11 of 2021 concerning the Organisational Structure of the Ministry of Health and Community Protection;
and in the public interest,
has decided the following:
The forms prescribed by Federal Law No. 10 of 2023 on Mental Health and its Executive regulations, attached to this Decision, are hereby adopted.
This Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into force on the day following the date of its publication.
