Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Telecommunications Decision No. 21 of 2026 concerning the Adoption of the Fourth Edition (4.0) of the Regulatory Code for Aeronautical Radio Systems

Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority,

- Having reviewed Federal Decree-Law No. 3 of 2003 on the regulation of the Telecommunications Sector, its Executive Regulations and their amendments;

- Decision No. 5 of 2018 concerning the Adoption of the Third Edition (3.0) of the Regulatory Code for Aeronautical Radio Systems;

- and based on the presentation by the Director-General of the General Authority for Telecommunications Regulation and Digital Government, and the approval of the Board of Directors at its meeting held on May 21, 2026, regarding the memorandum of approval submitted to it by the Authority’s management,

have decided the following:

Article 1 – Adoption

The fourth edition (4.0) of the Regulatory Code for Aeronautical Radio Systems, attached to this decision, is hereby adopted.

Article 2 – Abrogations
