Chairman's of the Board of Directors of the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority Decision No. 20 of 2026 regarding the Adoption of the Third Edition of the Regulatory Decisions for Radio Systems for Unmanned Aerial Vehicles

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority

- Federal Decree-Law No. 3 of 2003 on the Regulation of the Telecommunications Sector, its Executive Regulations and their amendments;

- Decision No. 42 of 2022 concerning the Adoption of the Second Edition of the Regulatory Regulations for Radio Systems for unmanned aerial vehicles in the United Arab Emirates;

- and based on the presentation by the Director-General of the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority;

- and the approval of the Authority’s Board of Directors at its meeting held on 21 May 2026 on the memorandum of approval submitted to it by the Authority’s management,

have decided the following:

Article 1 – Adoption 

The third edition (3.0) of the Regulatory Regulations for Radio Systems for Unmanned Aerial Vehicles, attached to this Decision.

Article 2 – Abrogations

This Decision supersedes
