The Cabinet:
- Having reviewed the Constitution;
- Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 on the Competencies of Ministries and the Powers of Ministers, as amended;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 36 of 2023 on the Regulation of Competition;
- Cabinet Decision No. 20 of 2020 concerning Fees for Services provided by the Ministry of Economy and Tourism, as amended;
- Based on the proposal put forward by the Minister of Finance, and with the approval of the Cabinet,
has hereby decided:
The definitions set out in Federal Decree-Law No. 36 of 2023 on the Regulation of Competition shall apply to this Decision; otherwise, the following terms shall have the meanings set out opposite them, unless the context of the text requires otherwise:
