Cabinet Decision No. 95 of 2026 Amending Certain Provisions of Cabinet Decision No. 65 of 2022 Promulgating the Executive Regulations for Federal Decree-Law No. 29 of 2021 on the Entry and Residence of Foreigners

The Cabinet

- Having reviewed the Constitution;

- Federal Decree-Law No. 29 of 2021 on the Entry and Residence of Foreigners;

- Cabinet Decision No. 65 of 2022 promulgating the Executive Regulations for Federal Decree-Law No. 29 of 2021 on the Entry and Residence of Foreigners, and its amendments;

- and based on the proposal submitted by the Chairman of the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security and with the approval of the Cabinet,

has decided:

Article 1

The following two border crossings shall be added to the approved border crossings listed in Article 3 of the aforementioned Cabinet Decision No. 65 of 2022, as follows:

(b) Maritime border crossings

23. Kalba Port (Sharjah).

(c) Land border crossings

12. Dibba Al-Hisn Eastern Border Crossing (Sharjah).

Article 2

This Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette and come into force on the day following the date of its publication.
