- having reviewed the Constitution،
- Federal Decree-Law No. (14) of 2021 concerning the establishment of the Federal Authority for Identity, Nationality, Customs and Border Security,
- Federal Decree No. (59) of 2010 ratifying the State’s accession to the Istanbul Convention on Temporary Admission,
- Based on the proposal put forward by the Chairman of the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security, and with the approval of the Cabinet and the ratification of the Federal Supreme Council,
have decided the following:
