- Executive Regulations of Dubai Law No. 24 of 2008 on Security Service Providers and Users, issued on December 30, 2008;
- Dubai Decision No. 1 of 2018 promulgating the Executive Regulations of Dubai Law No. 12 of 2016 on the Regulation of the Security Industry in the Emirate of Dubai;
- and the Dubai Administrative Decision No. 13 of 2025 on the Adoption of the Preventive Measures Manual;
have hereby decided the following:
