Dubai Decree No. 15 of 2026 concerning the Extension of the Deadline for the Preparation and Approval of Tables of Fees and Penalties and Fines relating to Dubai Law No. 5 of 2025 concerning Public Health in the Emirate of Dubai

- Having reviewed Dubai Law No. 5 of 2025 on Public Health in the Emirate of Dubai;

- Dubai Decision No. 35 of 2025 on Fees, Violations and Fines relating to Dubai Law No. 5 of 2025 on Public Health in the Emirate of Dubai,

have decided the following:

Article 1 – Extension of the Deadline

The deadline for the completion and approval of the tables of fees, violations and fines relating to the aforementioned Dubai Law No. 5 of 2025, as specified in the aforementioned Dubai Decision No. 35 of 2025, is hereby extended by a further period of (6) six months, commencing on July 1, 2026 and ending on December 31, 2026.

Article 2 – Enforcement and Publication

This Decree shall come into force on July 1, 2026 and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
